PETE FRICKLAND, PRINCIPAL

Pete Frickland has been involved with all aspects of concurrent product development, strategic planning and technical project management for more than three decades. His unique experience with evaluation and successful integration of product development processes and applications has ranged in scale from individual product lines to whole companies. Through an innovative and pragmatic business management approach, Pete has delivered actionable and cost-effective recommendations—in short time frames—for companies strained with too many competing projects and too few resources.

Before pursuing independent consulting in 2005, Pete spent 20 years at Cascade Designs in Seattle in a progressive series of roles in the areas of research, product development, and acquisitions. Pete’s academic credentials include an MBA from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of California at Irvine. He is active in a variety of professional consulting, entrepreneurial and trade industry organizations to keep his skills honed and his perspective fresh. Along with unparalleled expertise, Pete brings passion and dedication to his consulting work.
